Founder of Pegasus Realty And Associates Inc., George is responsible for the sale and marketing of over $775 Million Dollars in farms and ranches in the Ocala area.
An avid horseman and horse lover, George is deeply involved in the Thoroughbred business. He owns and operates American Eagle Farm in Ocala, and races in partnerships both in California and the major tracks of the East Coast. This thorough understanding of the horse business helped George succeed in the real estate industry. A long list of satisfied buyers and sellers come back year after year to rely on his expertise when buying or selling their horse farms.

Originally from Europe, Gigi moved to Ocala over 30 years ago, buying her first horse farm, a large Thoroughbred broodmare operation. Her love for Marion County's rolling horse country has kept her here ever since.
As a licensed real estate agent of 18 years, she thrives on the excitement of finding the perfect property for her buyers & bringing the transaction to a successful closing. Gigi has handled a myriad of different transactions, from residential homes to large training centers, horse farms, large tracts of land, & luxury estates. She loves working with buyers and sellers alike.
An avid horse person herself, she is very familiar with all the different equestrian disciplines and will be able to help the most discerning buyers and sellers attain their real estate goals.

Millie has lived in Marion County since 1998 but had visited the area for many years prior to her move, participating in equine activities.
She started a riding school shortly after her move and found herself helping her clients find farms and land. This along with her love for Real Estate encouraged her to pursue a career in that field. She works with sellers and buyers.
Millie has an excellent working knowledge of the local land, market and planned growth. She has worked with the city, county, CEP, local and out of town developers. Helen Barbazon is currently a realtor with Pegasus Realty of Ocala Florida, she was born in Long Island New York moved to this area in 1969. She started a successful and award winning thoroughbred breeding, boarding, foaling operation in 1983 that has grown to the largest in the state and continues today.
She has always loved horses and loved the area here in north central Florida, where so many great equines have been raised. With abundant knowledge of the area and the industry she can successfully help those looking to invest, buy or sell farms, land or the next home of their dreams.
Gilma is a real estate agent who is passionate about helping homebuyers find the perfect property. She specializes in farms, residential and investment properties.

Dean Graham has been living in North central Florida for over 20 years and in Ocala for the last 6. He grew up on his mother’s mixed enterprise farm in New Zealand farming dairy goats, pigs, sheep, cattle and horses. He completed his New Zealand Trade Certificate in Horticulture before traveling overseas.
Since settling in the USA in 1991 he has worked primarily as a horse professional, competing as high as advanced in Eventing, but also as a sports photographer, builder, gardener and realtor.
2021 was Joseph’s rookie year as a Realtor and working for Pegasus Realty & Associates Inc.
Joseph sees it as an honor and a pleasure to work for George and this team. Born and raised in Orange Lake, he is familiar with what Marion county and Florida has to offer. He draws upon his 15 years of experience in renovation and development of University of Florida off campus student housing.

Sonja Haught grew up in the Dominican Republic then attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. She worked as a Law Enforcement Officer in Florida for 25 years. She, her husband and children share a love of horses, dogs and Harleys. They moved to their beautiful Ocala, FL farm in 2003.
Sonja started her real estate career as a licensed real estate agent at Pegasus Really and Associates almost 5 years ago. As a long time resident and through her years working in law enforcement she has developed a broad familiarity with our area which enhances her ability to help you find the home or farm of your dreams.
Friendly is the adjective that describes Dorothy Henry. She began her love of horses growing up on Long Island. She is an avid horseperson & horse lover. She has a well-rounded knowledge of horses & horse disciplines. In 2000 she and her husband bought some land that was once part of the Historic Fred Hooper Farm. They laid out and built their home and horse farm on that land.
